What is the delivery time?
From the time you place your order it will normally take between 3 days and 7 days for your delivery to arrive.
If you require urgent delivery, we offer a premium delivery service which is available only when ordering through our customer service centre. Please call 1300 88 66 01 to enquire.

How do I pay for my order?
If you order online, you make your payment at the time of purchase using your preferred credit card. You purchase is made using our secure server.
If you would like to pay using cheque, money order, BPay or cash, please phone our Customer Care Centre on 1300 88 66 01 to set up your account, place your order and organise payment. Your products will be delivered to you when we have received your payment.

Is there a delivery fee?
We charge a standard postage fee for online orders of:
- $6.15 Australia-wide
- When your order is more than $300 we deliver completely free of charge.
When you place your order with us, the postage fee will be included automatically on your order. For phone, fax or emailed orders through our customer care centre we also offer a premium delivery service. Please call 1300 88 66 01 for details.

Is there a minimum order value?
No, you order to suit your needs.
However, with a flat fee of $6.15 per order you can order as much as you like without being charged more. So why not plan in advance and save? If your order is valued at more than $300 the delivery is completely free!

Can I see the products before I buy?
Many of our products have photos displayed in our web catalogue and we will continue to update our online store with even more images over time.
We also invite you visit our new look BrightSky concept store centrally located in the village of Newington, near Homebush. Here you can see many of our products and also meet and ask our friendly customer care staff for advice on products you are unsure about. The address is:

If you need help with product advice, fittings or a clinical assessment our concept store is also where we run our continence and wound care clinic. Phone consultations are also available but don’t forget to book your appointment in advance on (02) 8741 5600.

What if I order the wrong products?
Please select your products carefully as BrightSky does not normally give refunds if you:
- simply change your mind
- make the wrong decision
In-store credit is available if products are unused and in original condition, unless faulty and the subject of a ‘Warranty Claim’.
No refund/credit is offered for delivery charges.

Can you send me the products to a different address?
When you place your order you simply nominate where you would like the products sent to. This individual delivery and billing service gives you flexibility to order on behalf of a client or someone you care for. Talk to our customer care team 1300 88 66 01 if you have further questions.
