BrightSky Australia has a Terms of Trade policy which you can access in its entirety here. Below we have listed some key trading terms which we would like you to be aware of:
Home delivery times
Orders received before 3pm will be delivered within 10 working days.
Delivery fee
Orders placed online in our webstore attract a flat fee of $6.15 per order Australia-wide. Pick-up from our Newington store is available in which case no delivery fee is charged.
Orders with a total value of over $300 are delivered free of charge when ordered online.
A premium delivery service is available for orders placed using phone, email or fax. The fees will vary depending on the delivery address and will be advised when the order is placed.
Refunds/Returns
Please select your products carefully as BrightSky does not normally give refunds if you:
In-store credit is available if products are unused and in original condition, unless faulty and the subject of a ‘Warranty Claim’.
No refund/credit is offered for delivery charges.
Orders
Goods specifically ordered will not be cancelled, returned or refunded.
Backorders
Out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder. If not available within 3 days, the order will be sent separately with no additional delivery charge.
