BrightSky Australia has a Terms of Trade policy which you can access in its entirety here. Below we have listed some key trading terms which we would like you to be aware of:  

Home delivery times
Orders received before 3pm will be delivered within 10 working days.

Delivery fee
Orders placed online attract a small order handling fee for orders under $50. 

Pick-up from our Newington store is available in which case no delivery fee is charged.

Orders with a total value of over $300 are delivered free of charge. 

A premium delivery service is available for orders placed using phone, email or fax. The fees will vary depending on the delivery address and will be advised when the order is placed.

Refunds/Returns

Please select your products carefully. 

You may return  goods to BrightSky within 7 days for a refund excluding freight or delivery costs, however the return of the goods is your responsibility unless there is a major faiure with the goods. 

BrightSky is unable to accept returns of medical goods that have been opened or used and of goods specifically ordred to fill your order, unless you are entitled to do so under applicable legislation.
