From many years of experience in supporting people with a disability, the ParaQuad and BrightSky teams have developed a high level of expertise in the areas of continence, wound care and associated therapies. 

As part of our services, BrightSky runs a wide range of clinical programs which are aimed at assisting both healthcare professionals and individual consumers.

Continence and wound care clinic

In our continence and wound care clinic, individual BrightSky customers can seek help with pre-identified health issues relating to continence and wound care and product usage. Our clinical nurse specialists can help answer those personal questions that can be hard to ask - and to find answers for.

Phone and personal consultations are available, but bookings are essential. Bookings can be made on (02) 8741 5600. Our clinic is closed from December to January.

The BrightSky specialist clinical team develops innovative tools and resources that help support primary healthcare.

The Catheter Compass™

The latest clincial tool from BrightSky is The Catheter Compass™. It has been developed to assist professionals select a catheter when a urological or continence review has resulted in the recommendation of an intermittent or indwelling catheter.

Clinical education and workshop programs

Presented by a specialist clinical team, the BrightSky Australia Clinical Product Application Workshops attract RCNA CNE points as part of the Royal College of Nursing Australia’s Life Long Learning Program.

The workshop program is delivered nationally. Our workshops can also be adapted and developed into a customised training program that meets individual and group needs, based on a
detailed training needs analysis as required or desired.
