Simple and Secure Bandage Fixation
Advaflex is a unique method of securing bandages composed of a plastic strip with one surface covered with fine “micro-hooks”.
Advaflex tabs enable the simple, secure and rapid fixation of bandages, while allowing easy removal to re-tension or re-secure the bandage.
The micro hooks on the Advaflex tabs are safe and practitioner and patient friendly. They will not prick the skin and cause bleeding in the way pins or alternative elastic hooks can. Unlike adhesive tapes Advaflex tabs do not lose adhesion and can be safely reapplied up to ten times.
Advaflex can be used on wide range of bandages, particularly knitted bandages and those with a fibrous surface.
