You may return goods to BrightSky within 7 days for a refund excluding freight or delivery costs, however the return of the goods is your responsibility unless there is a major failure with the goods.

For health and safety reasons, BrightSky Australia is unable to return any washable products eg bed pads and underwear or nutritional goods, including but not limited to formula, powdered supplements and thickened foods.

BrightSky is unable to accept returns of medical goods that have been opened or used and for goods specifically ordered to fill your order, unless you are entitled to do so under applicable legislation.
