UrgoK2® is a dual layer compression system, benefiting from the PresSure system (featuring a short-stretch bandage and long-stretch bandage). This exclusive technology aids the application of the recommended therapeutic pressure (~40mmHg).

Layer 1: K-TECH: short-stretch bandage, providing compression, protection and absorbency. This layer applies 80% of recommended 40mmHg (-32mmHg).

Layer 2: K-PRESS: cohesive long-stretch bandage, providing the additional compression necessary to achieve the therapeutic pressure and securing bandages in place. This layer applies 20% of recommended 40mmHg (-8mmHg).
