Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus we have been experiencing unprecedented demand for some product categories:
To minimise the impact and continue service to as many of our customers as possible we are limiting product purchases to one typical month of personal usage. As a result, all orders in excess of one month will be automatically refunded. In the event that multiple orders are placed during the month, subsequent orders over the monthly usage may also be refunded.
BrightSky is committed to remaining open during these difficult times however some of our deliveries may take a little longer with some delays for those products that are currently in high demand. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
Pick up and VIP are currently unavailable until further notice.
We are also currently receiving a significant number of phone calls, we apologise for the delays or difficulty getting through to our Customer Care team, we are working with our telephone partners to increase our capacity in the coming days.
REMEMBER: Excessively large orders on all items will not be processed and a refund will be organised for your order.
